Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
The Catholic Education Opportunity Fund (“CEOF,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at catholicopportunity.org. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through our contact and partnership inquiry forms:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your role and organization (where you supply them)
- The content of your message
- Optional phone number for partnership inquiries
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this website. We do not collect IP addresses for analytics purposes.
How we use this information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked, to add you to a notification list (for example, the Policy Watch digest). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
For partnership inquiries from schools, we may retain your information in our internal CRM (Bloomerang) for the duration of any active partnership conversation and for two years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry submissions for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, plus a reasonable archival period (generally two years). You can request deletion of your information at any time.
How information is stored and protected
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and forwarded to the Director. We use industry-standard security practices, including HTTPS encryption for all submissions and access controls on stored data.
Your rights
You may request to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
To exercise any of these rights, email jesser@catholicopportunity.org.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults — school leaders, donors, and the general public. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our website, please contact us so we can remove it.
Third-party services
Our website uses Google Fonts to load typography. Google may collect aggregated usage data per its own privacy practices. We do not embed any other third-party services that collect personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active inquiry contacts.
